Our recruiting process

Interviewing helps us to learn about you as a person and a potential colleague, and it helps you to learn more about cVation, our people, and how you could fit in. We focus on finding the right match of skills, competencies as well as personality.

We'll invite you to interview with potential future colleagues. It’s important that you feel comfortable working within our dynamic company. Our team is eager to get to know you and answer your questions.

You will quickly become part of our team

New hires start with one rule. All new developers should commit code to production within a week from starting. Sounds crazy? Not at all.


Upon extending an offer, we have so much trust in our new team members that we are confident in handing over programming responsibilities immediately. One of our mantras is that it should be extremely easy to work with us. So we've optimized our tools and automated everything except the programming itself. That applies to all stages of development, including testing and deployment. Committing your first line of code to production is a rite of passage. We’ll be ready to celebrate with you.

You'll be assigned to and be given responsibility for client projects right from the start. That's right. We toss you into the deep end of the pool because we've learned that's the best way to learn how to swim. That's true for every role in our organization.
